For spam protection, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser when you submit a form, and your IP address is used in hashed form for up to 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your request.

Telegram bot @mcs_requests_bot: when you write to the bot, we receive your Telegram name, username, language setting and the messages you send (including files). They are kept on the same terms as form requests. If you continue a form request in the bot, we link your Telegram chat to that request.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cloudflare — website hosting, form processing (including the Turnstile spam check) and storage of requests. Telegram — notifying our team about new requests. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) included in the providers' data processing agreements (DPAs).

If you do not become a client, we keep your request for 24 months from the last contact. If you become a client, data is kept in line with the agreement and legal requirements.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).
